He is an expert in human resource development and a specialist in career development and methods of job searching in the Middle East.
Dina is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and holds a Master’s degree in international human resource management from Northumbria University in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University in Cairo.
